Privacy Policy

Short answer: ToolVaultly tools run entirely in your browser. The files you process — photos, PDFs, documents — are never uploaded to our servers, because our servers never receive them. We can't see, store, or share what we never get.

Your files stay on your device

Every converter, calculator, and generator on ToolVaultly does its work locally, in your web browser, using JavaScript. When you convert a photo or calculate a result, the data stays on your computer or phone. This is a deliberate design choice, not a promise about careful handling — there is simply nothing to handle.

What we do collect

Like most websites, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited, so we know which tools to improve. This contains no file contents and nothing you type into a tool. If we run advertising in the future (e.g. Google AdSense), the ad provider may use cookies as described in their own policies.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies ourselves. Third-party services we rely on (such as our CDN or future ad providers) may set their own cookies per their policies.
